2. Biological & Cultivation Disclaimer

Because seeds are live, biological organisms, their success depends heavily on external factors beyond our control, including soil quality, planting depth, irrigation patterns, sun exposure, local weather conditions, and personal cultivation practices.

• Germination Expectations: While Pride Seed Store provides premium, laboratory-tested seed batches with high germination potential, we cannot guarantee identical growth outcomes for every individual sowing environment.

3. Order Fulfillment & Payments

We reserve the right to accept, adjust, or decline any product order placed through our automated systems.

• Pricing Updates: All product valuations listed across our active categories are subject to change without prior notice based on seasonal supply scales.
• Payment Structures: We accept verified Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as secure online bank transfers. Orders pending validation may require brief telephone verification before delivery processing.
• Inventory Constraints: In rare instances of temporary seasonal stock depletion, we will offer suitable alternative selections or hold delivery queues until fresh, verified seed crops arrive.

4. Shipping & Showroom Policies

We deliver throughout Pakistan using premium logistics networks to preserve the structural health of our seeds during transit.

Showroom Pickups: If you choose to pick up your order directly from our Lahore location, please align your arrival with our official operating schedule:

• Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Sunday: Closed (No pickup arrangements available)

5. Returns & Exchange Protocol

Due to the delicate nature and viability rules of agricultural seed packaging, we enforce strict return standards to protect our seed genetics:

• Damaged Packaging: Items can only be returned or exchanged if the protective inner seal has not been opened, sliced, or tampered with, and is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Exclusions: Opened seed packets, customized fertilizer ratios, and specialty garden tools that have been used are strictly ineligible for return.

6. Copyright & Legal Jurisdiction
